Prestressed Flooring & Roofing

Coltman floor and roof slabs comprise hollow and solid concrete units, nominally 1200mm wide and of various depths placed side by side with a grouted joint.

These provide our customers with a quick form of construction, enabling the principal contractor to progress in most cases to the next level of construction within a day of the floor units being installed, saving time and money.

Layout drawings are prepared for use during site erection by Coltman fixing gang or by others employed by the principal contractor.
